Maybe you were molested, beaten or you just grew up in the wrong family.
As a dad and a man who experienced mostly pain in my childhood, I understand how these things can shape your future...
We swear as soon as we lay eyes on our beautiful, pure child that "We will never let them experience half of the things we experienced."
What if I told you that God put us here as good people, but he wants us to experience love, pain, sunshine and rain, because it will make us even better.
During my 48 hr fast it was revealed to me that parents are ruining the plan that God has for this world.
We have to allow our children the freedom to experience and hurt too...
This is easier said than done...
As a parent our only job is to just create our children and support them in "their" journeys...
Thats all...
Our children desperately need the room to fall and get back up and fall and get back up again...
Our children have to figure out who they are with little to no influence from you or anyone else...
Imagine forcing your child to be what you want them to be and they grow old and find out that they never wanted to be any of what they are now..
If your child is frustrated, angry, etc, it is something that they have to not just experience but work through by themselves...
Support them from a distance...
